Members acknowledge and agree that by enrolling in the Travel 21 Rewards Program ("Program"), they accept these Terms & Conditions and authorize Travel 21 to send Program-related communications*. Program membership is granted upon successful completion of registration at www.travel21.com.sg/memberRegister/, conferring the right to accumulate and redeem reward points. Travel 21 maintains sole discretion in approving membership applications, and membership is complimentary until further notice.

*Communications include travel promotions, exclusive offers, and program updates.

General Provisions
Travel 21 retains the right to modify, without prior notification, any aspect of the Program, including but not limited to terms, benefits, redemption criteria, and point structure. Reward points serve as the Program's designated currency for redemption purposes. The Program is available to individuals aged 21 years and above. Travel 21 bears no liability for products or services provided by Program partners. Members assume responsibility for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with Program benefits. By participating in the Program, members consent to Travel 21' collection, use, and processing of personal data in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.

Account Administration and Management

  • Each member shall be allocated a dedicated account for tracking point accumulation and redemption activities
  • Travel 21 retains full discretion regarding the approval of all redemption requests
  • Member information may be disclosed to authorized partners strictly for reward fulfillment purposes
  • Points and memberships are strictly non-transferable and cannot be converted to monetary value
  • Travel 21 reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of program terms

Points Allocation and Distribution
Point credits are processed within 14 business days following completion of eligible travel.

  • Total booking value is allocated proportionally among registered member emails (For illustration: A booking valued at $6,000 with four travelers, where two are registered members, results in 3,000 points allocated to each member)
