The story tells of a fisherman who, on an ordinary day, stumbles upon a hidden valley where the people live in isolation, enjoying a peaceful and carefree life, unaware of the chaos of the outside world. The name "Peach Blossom Spring" is now commonly used to describe places that are serene, untouched, and almost dreamlike. Many places are named "Peach Blossom Spring," symbolizing the ideals of a perfect, harmonious life. 

South Gate (Nan Tian Men): located at the summit of Mount Tai in Tai'an City, Shandong Province, is a key point on the way to the Yuhuang Peak.
